The Buena Vista Police Department Is Asking For Your Help To Keep Our Roads Safe

Colorado recorded 80 traffic deaths in October, and, unfortunately, that’s a new state record. According to the Colorado Department of Transportation, many of these crashes involved impaired drivers.

The Buena Vista Police Department is asking drivers to help keep our roads safe. Drive safely, and don’t drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The men and women of the BVPD are participating in the High Visibility Enforcement grant, and their officers will be conducting increased patrols to deter impaired driving.

Violators will be arrested and taken to jail.

Please drive safely and have a very Happy New Year.
