Suspicious Package Scare in Canon City

Some tense moments over the weekend at the Canon City Post Office.

A post office employee found a suspicious package in the post office lobby on Saturday and called authorities. The package was bound in duct tape with no address.

The Pueblo Police Department Bomb Squad was called in and determined that the package was not an explosive device. The package was filled with a T-shirt and candy.
