The Cotopaxi Pirates start their season on Friday when they host Moffat, Cripple Creek and South Park in the opening tournament of the season for the Pirates.
We stopped by and talked with senior Zach Van Esselstine about his role on the basketball team this year, and what he has improved on in the first few weeks of the season.
