A major storm rumbled through Colorado today dumping more than two feet of snow in some parts of the state. Here are the latest snow totals.
The Front Range and I-70 corridor was hit pretty hard, causing the Colorado Department of Transportation to warn people to just stay home and avoid travel until tomorrow. The 3 to 5″ of snow expected for Salida actually turned into 15″ as the storm swung further south than the Weather Service had predicted.
Here are the snow totals so far. (Note: Snow is still falling in the Ark River Valley, so some totals may be low.)

- Monarch Mountain: 18″
- Monument: 13″
- Poncha Springs: 12″
- Salida: 15″
- Steamboat Springs: 8″
- Telluride: 12″
- Westcliffe: 4.5″
- Woodland Park: 8.5″
