Saguache County has received a report of an overdue 41-year-old male climber in the Kit Carson/Challenger Point area.
Luis Corkern was reported to have ascended Kit Carson via the north ridge rout on Saturday.
He planed to descend via the Challenger Point summit and the standard route, but has not returned to his vehicle at the trailhead.
Corkern is described as being 5’7”, 185 pounds and was wearing a white climbing helmet, a gray or black T-shirt and has rain gear.
