The Lady Spartans got a huge victory on the volleyball court against the Manitou Springs Mustangs 3-1.
Salida dominated the first set 25 to 14 then fought hard to win the second 25 to 23. Manitou Springs clawed back to win the third 25 to 13, but the Spartans showed what they were made of winning the fourth set 25 to 19 and the match. This was the Spartans first win against the Mustangs in 15 years.
