The Salida Planning Commission will hold a work session tonight beginning at 6 pm in council chambers.

The Planning Commission will hold a discussion on inclusionary housing.  The City of Salida inclusionary housing ordinance requires 12.5 percent of new residential units to be affordable at or below 80 percent of area median income.  Discussions about the ordinance over the last year has raised some questions and those will be discussed tonight.

Commissioners will also review meeting procedures and Bob’s Rules of Order.  New members Johann Steimle and Judith Dockery as well as new alternate member Michelle Walker will be introduced.
