The Salida City Council will hold a work session tonight at 6 pm.
Council will hear a report about short term rental fees and will discuss a possible mixed-use minor subdivision on Vandaveer Ranch.
City Attorney Geoff Wilson will give a presentation to council, along with the Planning Commission and Historic Preservation Commission, explaining the Colorado Open Records Act and open meeting laws.
The Salida City Council will meet for a regular meeting tomorrow.
