The Salida Council for the Arts has opened their Community Grant cycle. All artists and creatives can apply for up to $500 each in funding for local art and cultural projects. The grant cycle will run through November 2nd.
Applicants must be individuals or organizations. Residency in Salida is not required, but the project must have a definable connection and benefit to the Salida community. These grants are for a specific project and not for an artist’s or arts organization’s operating budget.
