The Salida Community Center is already gearing up for the holiday season as planning begins for its annual Community Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners.
Each year, the center serves more than 1,200 free meals on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day, an effort made possible through generous community support, both in volunteer hours and financial contributions.
