The Salida Community Center is gearing up for a two-day Independence Day celebration on Thursday, July 4, and Friday, July 5, with fun for the whole family — and a chance for local nonprofits to get involved!

Enjoy the traditional Fourth of July celebration in downtown Salida with:

🎉 Saturday, July 5Community Celebration (10AM–4PM)
Join the fun at a hometown-style carnival featuring:

  • Carnival games for kids
  • Ninja obstacle course
  • Dunk tank
  • Karaoke contest
  • Live music
  • Salida Circus performances
  • And food vendors

👉 Nonprofit Opportunity:
The Salida Community Center is inviting local nonprofit organizations to participate in the July 5th festivities as a way to raise funds and engage with the community.

  • No fees to join
  • All proceeds go directly to your organization
  • The Community Center will help with setup and provide fun, ready-to-go ideas like dunk tanks, corn hole, and concessions.
