The Salida Community Center is gearing up for a two-day Independence Day celebration on Thursday, July 4, and Friday, July 5, with fun for the whole family — and a chance for local nonprofits to get involved!
🎆 Friday, July 4 – Riverside Park
Enjoy the traditional Fourth of July celebration in downtown Salida with:
- Live music
- Food vendors
- Beer garden
- Fireworks
- And more patriotic fun!
🎉 Saturday, July 5 – Community Celebration (10AM–4PM)
Join the fun at a hometown-style carnival featuring:
- Carnival games for kids
- Ninja obstacle course
- Dunk tank
- Karaoke contest
- Live music
- Salida Circus performances
- And food vendors
👉 Nonprofit Opportunity:
The Salida Community Center is inviting local nonprofit organizations to participate in the July 5th festivities as a way to raise funds and engage with the community.
- No fees to join
- All proceeds go directly to your organization
- The Community Center will help with setup and provide fun, ready-to-go ideas like dunk tanks, corn hole, and concessions.
