Salida City Council to Hold Public Hearings, Consider Annexation Agreement Tonight

The Salida City Council will hold its regular meeting tonight beginning at 6 p.m.

Under unfinished business, council members are scheduled to conduct three public hearings on proposed ordinances. The hearings will address regulations concerning unregistered vehicles on public property, the prohibition of artificial turf, and the rezoning tied to the 5-H LLC annexation.

In new business, the council will make citizen appointments to the Public Arts Commission and consider the annexation agreement with 5-H LLC.

Community members are encouraged to attend or participate in the public hearings.
