The Salida City Council will hold a regular meeting tonight, beginning at 6 p.m., following a work session scheduled for 5 p.m.

During the work session, council members will hear presentations from Regional Sustainability and the City Attorney’s Office.

In unfinished business, the council will conduct public hearings on a proposed Tenderfoot Communications site lease with Hilltop Broadband. Additional public hearings will focus on proposed changes to the name, purpose, powers, and duties of the Public Art Commission and the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Advisory Board.

New business items include the appointment of a council liaison to the Arts and Culture Advisory Commission, consideration of a resolution establishing an affordable housing fee transfer policy, and the adoption of graywater control regulations.

The meeting is open to the public, and community members are encouraged to attend or participate according to city guidelines.
