The Salida City Council will hold its regular meeting tonight beginning at 6 p.m.
Under the consent agenda, council members will consider approving a Memorandum of Understanding with Chaffee County for the Co-Response Program and will consider the first reading of an ordinance establishing a temporary moratorium on new data centers within the city.
Under unfinished business, the council will hold three public hearings. The hearings include adoption of the Wildfire Resiliency Code, approval of the Lichtenegger–City of Salida boundary line, and adoption of an updated city zoning map.
In new business, the council is expected to proclaim July 11 as Salida Museum Day, consider placing a ballot question on the November 3 election regarding the publication of city ordinances by title only, and make an appointment to the Salida Airport Advisory Board.
