Royal Gorge Hands Canon City $2.7 Million

The Royal Gorge Bridge and Park brought in almost $3 million to Canon City coffers in 2019, despite attendance dropping by about 12,000 visitors compared to the year before.

Royal Gorge Bridge and Park Chief Operating Officer Brent Hargrave told the Canon City Council that there were 352,000 visitors to the park in 2019, which is 12,000 fewer than 2018.  total revenues were about $13 million, and of that, Canon City received $2.7 million.
