Friday saw more basketball action for the Spartans, as the boys got the rare chance to lead off a double showing.
They would earn a win over the Rebels 53-44 in a game which was close throughout.
The Lady Spartans would struggle against the talent of Kaydee Sims, who led Weld Central to a 49-19 win.
