REPLAY: Spartans can’t find footing on the road against Pirates

The St. Mary’s boys and girls were in fine form as they were able to defend their home court against the Salida Spartans on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The boys headed to the Springs first on Tuesday, and while the first half saw them stay close, the Pirates would rally to pull away in the third quarter to win the game 80-46.

In the girls game on Wednesday night, a lot was made about the score, but beyond the final result, Salida felt good coming off of the court after putting up 32 points against a tough St. Mary’s defense.
