The Salida girls basketball team put together one of their best performances of the year against a tough La Junta Tigers team, but wouldn’t be able to make a few key plays down the stretch as they fell to 0-2 in league play.
On the boys side, after a close first quarter, Salida would pull away from the Tigers as they showed off their defense and speed througout the game.
