The Buena Vista Demons weren’t going in to an ambush against the St. Mary’s Pirates, but the Demons knowledge of the foe didn’t slow the Pirates down much in the first quarter as they earned a big lead which would cap off in a 91-30 win over Buena Vista on Friday night.
Plenty still to be happy about for the Demons, as this was a learning experience against a top team in any classification in Colorado this year.
