The Buena Vista Demons put up a strong fight against the Vanguard Corsairs on Saturday afternoon and evening, but couldn’t earn a win in the tough environment.
In the girls game, inconsistent quarters from the Demons cost them in the 2nd and 4th quarters, but they recovered well in the early game of the day to never let it get out of hand.
In the boys game, the Demons would suffer from an early run by the Corsairs, but again showed fight in battling back in the 4th quarter.
