Chaffee County Public Health received notification that its variance request to lift restrictions on several industries has been approved.
Effective today restaurants may open dine in service, also allowed to open: places of worship, fitness centers, recreational facilities, outfitters and guiding services-including rafting companies, the Salida bowling alley, and outdoor hot springs.
Fremont County also received approval from the state to begin reopening.
All businesses are opening under strict health and safety requirements.
Short-term rentals remain closed.

His radio career has had stops in Nashville, Memphis, Oklahoma, and eventually, Colorado.
