Authorities have identified human remains discovered by hikers last week in an area near an abandoned mine in a remote part of western Saguache County.
The Saguache County Coroner identified the person as 39-year-old Jesus Silva, a resident of Mineral County.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation said foul play is not suspected, but further toxicology testing is being conducted.
The body may have been in the area for one year before it was discovered.
The CBI investigation continues.
