Places to Age, a nonprofit dedicated to creating housing solutions for older adults, has announced a matching funds campaign to support preconstruction and infrastructure planning for a future Assisted Living and Memory Care community in Chaffee County.
Now through July 27, every donation made will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $35,000, doubling the impact of every contribution.

- The future facility will be located on 10 acres between County Road 120 and 140
- The matching campaign will fund essential preconstruction work
- A goal of $200,000 has been set for 2025, before construction begins
