Meet Booper & Princess! They are the Heart of the Rockies Radio Pets of the Week!
This duo comes from the same home. They were surrendered to the shelter because their previous owners couldn’t find cat-friendly housing and they were very heartbroken to part ways. Booper is the shyer of the pair, but he has started to warm up here in the shelter, and he really enjoys snuggling with his housemate Princess. Princess is a bit braver and will likely greet you upon first meeting. They are both 2 year old domestic shorthair mixes who would love to go to a cat-friendly home together. They were around dogs in their previous home and would likely do well with pups too.

Since they are our Pets of the Week their adoption fee’s are BOGO, pay just one adoption fee of $50 for the pair!
All adoptable animals receive the following services prior to adoption:
- Spay or Neuter
- Age-appropriate boosters
- De-wormer
- Vaccines
- Microchip
The Ark Valley Humane Society is open by appointment only, make sure to call (719) 395-2737 and schedule an appointment before coming to the shelter! If you or someone you know is in need of pet food, we have community pet food available! Just call us to arrange a contactless pick up!
