Meet Sox! She’s the Heart of the Rockies Radio Pet of the Week.
Sox is a 4 year old female Domestic Shorthair mix. She is an extremely sweet cat whose ideal home would be one who will be affectionate with her. She has lived with male cats in the past, and seems to prefer male felines over female. If you are interested in giving Sox her furever home give us a call at (719) 395-2737!

Bow Wow Film Festival
The third annual Bow Wow Film Festival is February 29th at the Salida SteamPlant. Come out and enjoy a night filled with animal-themed shorts! Tickets are $10 and can be purchased now at the Salida SteamPlant Box Office, Salida Chamber of Commerce, Salida Free the Monkey or Ark-Valley Humane Society. Proceeds benefit AVHS.
