Meet Marvin! He’s the Heart of the Rockies Radio Pet of the Week.
Marvin is a super sweet 4 year old male Pit Bull Terrier Mix. He had a rough start in life, but is so grateful now for every little thing you do for him. Give him a treat, and he’ll do plenty of tricks, take him outside and he’ll play the whole time! Whoever gets this dog is going to be one lucky family!
All adoptable animals receive the following services prior to adoption:
- Spay or Neuter
- Age-appropriate boosters
- De-wormer
- Vaccines
- Microchip

Bow Wow Film Festival
The third annual Bow Wow Film Festival is February 29th at the Salida SteamPlant. Come out and enjoy a night filled with animal-themed shorts! Tickets are $10 and can be purchased now at the Salida SteamPlant Box Office, Salida Chamber of Commerce, Salida Free the Monkey or Ark-Valley Humane Society. Proceeds benefit AVHS.
Tails on the Trail
