Pet of the Week: Donovan

Meet Donovan! He is the Heart of the Rockies Radio Pets of the Week.

If you regularly tune in you’ve probably heard this dog mentioned before. He’s been with the shelter for 114 days now, so we wanted to give him a little extra attention in the hopes that his perfect family is out there!

Donovan is a handsome, sweet 4 year old Australian Cattle Dog Mix. His foster reports that he does great in the home, and loves to play fetch with tennis balls in the yard (we have a huge stack at the shelter we’d be happy to send any adopter home with!) Donovan also LOVES to cuddle, so a home that lets animals up on the couch would be ideal for him.

He does need to be the one and only pet in the home, which is why it’s taken him a little longer than most to get adopted, but if you know anyone who only wants one pet to love, please tell them about Donovan, he has so much love to give!
