Park County Commissioners yesterday voted to adopt a new Public Health Order that closed all short-term rentals and effectively closed all county roads to non-residents.
The order states, “Travel to and lodging in short-term rentals are the types of conduct that the stay at home orders are directed at and when these orders are violated, especially in Park County, it puts an unreasonable and unnecessary strain and burden on Park County’s already limited emergency response resources and therefore creates dangerous health conditions.
