The National Alliance on Mental Illness Chaffee County chapter is offering a free Family-to-Family program for families and friends of adults with mental health conditions.
The online eight-session Family-to-Family program will be held on Thursday evenings March 3rd through April 21st.
These classes offer an in-depth study of mental illness characteristics, treatments, coping and communication skills, problem-solving, and information on community resources.
