The Chaffee County Chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness will host “In Our Own Voice” tomorrow, an event featuring local speakers who will share their personal experiences living with mental illness.
The program begins at 4 p.m. at the Salida Methodist Church, located at 228 West 4th Street.
Admission is free and the public is invited to attend. Organizers say the event aims to foster understanding, reduce stigma and encourage open conversations about mental health within the community.
