The motion to dismiss charges against Amy Lovato and Roberta Rodriquez was denied Thursday, Mar. 30th, by Park County Judge Brian Green.
The two face misdemeanor charges of child abuse and not reporting an incident of child abuse. The charges are related to an investigation of The Schoolhouse day care facility in Poncha Springs.
A jury trial has been scheduled for June 5th and 6th. A status conference for a plea deal has been set for May 2nd.
