Ski season is ramping up across Colorado, with Breckenridge and Copper Mountain opening yesterday and Lovelandwelcoming skiers and riders starting today. Eldora and Vail are also preparing to open next week.
While natural snowfall has been limited so far, consistently cold temperatures have created favorable snowmaking conditions, allowing resorts to build solid early-season coverage and kick off another Colorado winter on schedule.
