Cher was brought to Ark-Valley Humane Society as a found stray with her three kittens, Ozzy, Motley, and Stevie, AKA the 80’s litter. As a stray, there is not much history with Cher, but she is very sweet! She loves to strut up to you to get some head scratches. She is currently only available for pre-adoption, meaning potential adopters will go through the normal adoption process, but she will not be able to be taken home until after her spay surgery next week. You can still meet her as well as her kittens! They are all at the shelter and the kittens will go up for adoption on the website later today.
Events: Reminder that the free microchip and pet ID tag clinic will be happening Sunday, May 18th 2025 at 1425 E Street in Salida. The hope is that by providing this clinic, lost pets will be able to be reunited with their owners sooner.
