Alamosa County authorities are asking for the public’s help as they search for a man in connection with a weekend death.
According to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, deputies with the Alamosa County Sheriff’s Office responded to a home in Alamosa Sunday night after receiving a report of a 49-year-old man who was unconscious and not breathing. When deputies arrived, they found the man deceased with visible injuries.
Investigators say they are actively searching for 44-year-old Fernando Rodriguez in connection with the case. Rodriguez was last seen driving a green Subaru station wagon with Colorado license plate AXOF61.
Authorities urge anyone who sees Rodriguez not to approach him. Instead, call 911 immediately.
The investigation remains ongoing.
