Labor Day ‘Heat is On’ DUI Enforcement Period

The biggest DUI enforcement period of the summer is going on now through Labor Day. 

The Colorado Department of Transportation, Colorado State Patrol and local law enforcement are conducting the Labor Day Crackdown to keep Colorado roads safe. Spanning 21 days, this is the biggest DUI campaign of the summer. Expect increased patrols and sobriety checkpoints. 

There were 694 arrests during the same Labor Day enforcement period last year.
