The Knights of Columbus will host a pancake breakfast fundraiser this Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Parish in Salida.
The menu includes pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, and orange juice. The cost is $8 for adults and $4 for children under 12.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Salida Pregnancy Resource Center. Organizers say the fundraiser is a family-friendly way for the community to enjoy a hot breakfast while supporting a local organization.
