Today is Juneteenth, a federal holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the United States.

As a result, most federal, state, county, and local government offices are closed today. Banking institutions and financial offices are also closed in observance of the holiday.

The United States Postal Service is not providing regular mail delivery, and post office locations are closed.

Residents are encouraged to plan accordingly if they need government services, banking transactions, or postal services, as normal operations will resume on the next business day.
