Jim Aragon to be Honored by Central Colorado Conservancy

Area Wildlife Manger for Colorado Parks and Wildlife Jim Aragon has been named Central Colorado Conservationist of the Year by the Central Colorado Conservancy.  

The Conservancy will present the award at its 10th Annual Event this Thursday night at the Chaffee County Fairgrounds. 

The evening will also feature former Colorado Governor Bill Ritter and their newest land conservation project “Forever Chaffee” will be unveiled.  A silent auction, heavy hors d’oeurves and a cash bar will be available.

Tickets are $50 for Conservancy members and $60 for non-members.
