Construction on the Highway 24 bridge over the Arkansas River in Johnson Village continues. There will be single-lane alternating traffic in place 24 hours a day.
Combine this with regular weekend traffic and 10,000 people attending the Field of Vision music festival in Buena Vista and it will take a while to get over Trout Creek Pass.
