Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) will host a community open house today from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. to celebrate the opening of the Delnay Guest House, a new 10-unit housing building located on the hospital’s main campus.
The event will begin with an official presentation and ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5:00 p.m., followed by tours of the facility, along with light appetizers and beverages.
The Delnay Guest House will serve dual purposes—providing charitable overnight stays for patients and their families as well as short-term employee housing.
The project was largely funded by a $1.5 million donation from the Robert and Bernice Delnay Trust in February 2021. The remaining construction costs were covered by HRRMC and the HRRMC Foundation.
Community members are encouraged to attend and learn more about the new facility.
