HRRMC hosts free Men’s Health series beginning in January

SALIDA, Colo. — Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center (HRRMC) is offering a free Men’s Health class in 2026, beginning on January 21 and running through February 18. This five-week exercise and educational series will take place every Wednesday from 3 – 5 p.m. in the Wellness gym, located on the second floor of the Outpatient Pavilion on HRRMC’s main campus at 1000 Rush Drive in Salida.

This educational series is free to attend and focuses on male pelvic challenges, including pelvic or genital pain, sexual health issues, urinary health and more.

Classes are open to all ages and taught by HRRMC’s pelvic health team and Dr. Lydia Segal.
