Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center is inviting community members to take part in a free Men’s Health class beginning January 21 and running through February 18.
The five-week program combines exercise and educational instruction and will be held every Wednesday from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Classes will take place in the Wellness Gym, located on the second floor of the Outpatient Pavilion.
The series is open to men of all ages and is designed to promote overall health, fitness, and wellness through guided physical activity and expert-led discussions. The classes will be taught by Dr. Lydia Segal of HRRMC.
Hospital officials say the program is intended to encourage preventative care and healthy lifestyle habits in a supportive, educational setting. There is no cost to attend, but registration is encouraged.
