Halloween Fun in Salida and Buena Vista Today

Heart of the Rockies Halloween Party
The Heart of the Rockies Halloween Party takes place today from 2:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on F Street and at Alpine Park in Salida.
Festivities include a costume contest, trunk or treat, the first-ever Pumpkin Drop with the Salida Fire Department, and a performance of the Thriller Zombie Dance.

Avery Parsons Halloween Parade in Buena Vista
In Buena Vista, the annual Avery Parsons Halloween Parade rolls down East Main Street this afternoon, followed by trick-or-treating at Main Street businesses.

Both events are family-friendly and free to attend.
