A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect through Saturday. Snow will fall across the area through Saturday with 4 to 6 inches possible for the valleys, up to a foot in the higher elevations.
Cold Arctic air can also be expected through the weekend.
Salida and Buena Vista will see a high of 31. A low of 15.
The San Luis Valley can expect a high of 33, a low of 17.
Leadville and Fairplay look for a high of 23 with a low of 11.
