The Heart of the Rockies Snowmobile Club is teaming up with Colorado Parks and Wildlife to host a free winter sports and snowmobile safety open house tomorrow morning at the Poncha Springs Town Hall.
The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to noon and is open to the public. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about essential topics including snowmobile preparedness, recommended winter safety gear, avalanche awareness, and proper trail use and etiquette.
The open house is designed for riders of all experience levels and families are welcome. Kids can enjoy a hands-on experience with a special “touch a snowmobile” activity.
