Chaffee County, Sustainable Salida and the Heart of the Rockies Chamber of Commerce are sponsoring a free Electronics Recycling event tomorrow at the Chaffee County Fairgrounds from 9am to 1pm.
Accepted items include TVs, computers and accessories, cell phones, printers, tablets, small lawn care electronics and computer monitors. There is a $30 fee for TVs and computer monitors.
Not accepted are ovens, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, gas or electric grills or any other large appliance.
