The murder trial of Patrick Frazee is begins today and is expected to last three weeks.
Frazee is accused of murdering his fiancé Kelsey Berreth. Berreth went missing from her Woodland Park home on November 22 last year.
Berreth’s body has not been found, however, prosecutors believe Frazee blindfolded her and asked her to smell candles, then brutally beat her with a baseball bat.
Fourth Judicial District Attorney Dan May is not seeking the death penalty.
