Former Chaffee County Emergency Manager Fined For Impersonating a Peace Officer

Former Chaffee County Emergency Manager Phil Graham was fined yesterday.

Graham’s fine is $3,500 for his conviction on charges of impersonating a peace officer, official misconduct and false reporting.

Graham was not given jail time or probation.

The charges stemmed from a road rage incident in March of 2018. He was found guilty in a jury trial in June.
