Mexican drug lord Joaquin Guzman is expected to be sentenced to life in prison without parole today in federal court.
62-year-old Guzman was convicted in February of all 10 counts against him, including engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise and drug trafficking.
It is likely that El Chapo will spend the rest of his life behind bars at the Supermax facility in Canon City.
