The League of Women Voters of Chaffee County invite the public to learn more about how our communities can enhance and expand childhood development in a forum on Monday, November 9 from 12pm to 1pm at the Salida United Methodist Church, 228 E 4th Street.
Lisa Armeo, Executive Director of the Early Childhood Service Corps, will share the current state of early childhood and how each of us can be involved in this educational building block. County Commissioner David Armstrong will offer updates on the County’s support of childcare capacity and training opportunities.
Social time, beverages and LWVCC announcements will be at 11:30. A video of the forum will be available later at the lwvchaffeecounty.org website under the Video tab.
